Routine lab tests for caffeine content & microbiology
Lightweight packaging to reduce transport footprint
Where we manufacture
We work with EU facilities experienced in functional chewing gum.
Sites operate under EU food law and are audited for quality and safety.
Standards & compliance
Production follows EU food regulations, including Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 (general food law),
Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 (food hygiene) and HACCP-based controls.
Labels and claims are aligned with EU guidance and national market rules.
Quality assurance & testing
Each batch is recorded with a unique code and tested to verify caffeine content
and microbiological criteria. Retained samples are stored for reference.
We also review supplier certificates for key ingredients like caffeine and xylitol.
Materials & packaging
We prioritise lightweight formats to reduce transport mass while protecting freshness.
Packaging is specified to meet food-contact requirements and is designed for responsible disposal
where facilities exist.
People, safety & ethics
We expect our partners to follow a code of conduct covering worker rights, health & safety,
anti-discrimination and anti-corruption. Corrective action plans are required if gaps are found.
Logistics footprint
Gum requires no refrigeration and ships compactly. This lowers transport volume and energy use
compared to chilled or canned alternatives.
