Our principles
Ethical business is fundamental to sustainability. Suppliers must uphold human rights, prevent discrimination,
ensure freedom of association, and maintain healthy, safe workplaces with proper training and PPE.
Environment & responsibility
Partners should minimise emissions and waste, follow national environmental laws, and adopt continuous-improvement plans.
We encourage renewable energy, water stewardship and responsible chemical management.
Monitoring & compliance
We verify compliance via pre-qualification questionnaires, audits and ongoing dialogue. If gaps are found,
a corrective action plan with deadlines is required. Persistent non-compliance leads to disengagement.
Escalation & whistleblowing
Anyone can report concerns via a confidential channel. All reports are investigated impartially, and retaliation is prohibited.
We track cases and outcomes to strengthen prevention and remediation.
